xRec provides an AI-powered recruitment platform. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data Storage and Mega.nz

xRec utilizes Mega.nz for cloud storage of interview recordings. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the storage of data on Mega.nz infrastructure. xRec is not responsible for the availability or security policies of third-party storage providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of xRec and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall xRec, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
